This is inform you that access to the GST CBT Exams Hall will only be possible with the following conditions:
1. Log into the Portal and refresh your course registration page between 5pm Saturday 22nd January and 11:59pm midnight on Sunday, 23rd January ,2022
2. Arrive at the ABUAD ICT center 30mins before the exams time;
3. Ensure your name is ON the batch (the list) you intend to write with;
4. Note your number on the Batch list, and SHOW your School identity card at the entrance
5. Also come to the venue with a copy of your Course Form
In place of ID card:
1. Provost’s/HODs certified Course form with STAMPED Passport Photograph
OR
2. Stamped (HOD/Provost) temporary ID from the portal.
Possible questions:
a. Name not on the list?
Don’t worry but be SURE you have duly registered for the GST/AFE courses. If you have, visit the CBT center with your course form and ID card by 12noon. We have made provisions for candidates with such issues.
WARNING: Do not show up at the venue between 9am and 12noon!
b. I don’t have ID card?
Print the TEMPORARY ID on your portal and ensure same is Endorsed or STAMPED by your HOD/Provost!
NO ID, NO Exams!!
Don’t BOTHER to appeal!! Get the needful!!
c. I don’t have Course Form?
Sorry? We can’t help you! Get your course form printed and ensure that at least your LEVEL ADVISER SIGNED the form! Level Adviser? Yes!! We shall NOT entertain UNSIGNED Course forms!
d. Attendance Signing!
Ensure that you signed OUT! You shall be considered to have signed IN once checked in by the GST CBT Exams Coordinators

The GST Unit and the Directorate of ICT shall NOT be liable for stolen properties during the exams.
Note that YOU DO NOT NEED PERSONAL LAPTOP 💻 or TABLET to write this year’s CBT! The Founder, through the efforts of our hardworking Ag.Vice-Chancellor, has provided the ICT center with brand new Computers! Hence, DO NOT come to the hall with the following items:
a. Bags
b. Phones
c. Other electronic devices
d. Food items
